Welcome to Apna Taxi Software. We strive to provide the best fleet management and software solutions for your taxi business. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our subscription plans.

1. Free Trial Period

We offer a 15-day Free Trial to all new users with no setup fees. We highly encourage our users to fully evaluate the software, test all features, and ensure it meets their business needs during this trial period before upgrading to a paid plan.

2. Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Admin Dashboard or by contacting our support team.
• If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to our premium features until your current plan expires.
• We do not charge any hidden cancellation fees.

3. Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable: Because we offer a comprehensive 15-day free trial for evaluation, all payments made for subscription plans (Monthly/Yearly) are strictly non-refundable.
• Once a payment is processed and a plan is activated, we cannot issue a refund, either in full or in part, for the remaining days of your subscription.
• Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of a duplicate charge due to a technical error on our payment gateway (Razorpay). In such cases, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
