1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using the Apna Taxi SaaS applications (Admin & Driver apps), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer a 15-Day Free Trial. Post the trial period, continued use of the software requires a paid subscription. Apna Taxi SaaS charges zero commission on your rides; all customer payments made via QR codes go directly to your configured bank account.

3. User Responsibilities

As an Agency Owner, you are solely responsible for the conduct of your drivers, the accuracy of your rate cards, and the quality of the service provided to your end-customers. Apna Taxi SaaS is a technology provider and is not liable for any disputes between the agency, driver, and customer.

4. Software Availability & Updates

We strive to keep our services operational 24/7. However, we may occasionally suspend the software for maintenance or updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any losses caused by downtime.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to pay subscription fees.
